Once this is satisfactorily concluded, we will help you and the vendor agree on a completion date. It's time then to part with your 10% deposit and sign the Contract of Sale.

On the agreed completion date, your lawyer will accompany you to the Notary's office to sign the Escritura (title deed) and any other relevant documentation. They will also deal with the payment of taxes and related costs and you will need to pay the balance of the purchase price. The deed is then notarised and sent to the Land Registry, and the keys to your dream home are finally yours.
