State funded rehabilitation services are available through the Spanish National Health. To use these benefits you will have to be a dependent of or a contributor to the Social Security system. You must go to your local doctor or emergency room as a first step in getting access to local detox therapies, treatment shelters, rehabilitation centres, day centres and special meeting centres.
